A pathological fear of pumpkin spice

This time of year can be a terrible time for people with Cucurbitophobia (a standard fear of pumpkin closely associated with Halloween). However, In recent years ‘Pumpkin Spice’ has been added to all sorts of products, from coffee and pudding to toilet cleaner and Christmas pudding. An evil plot lead by the demons of the coffee house, this intense exposure can be overwhelming, leading some people to withdraw in fear.
What the hell is pumpkin spice anyway? Spice made from pumpkins? Or pumpkin with spices, which should be called ‘spiced pumpkin’!! What is wrong with people??!?!?

So when those happy little children come round expecting you to feed the diabetics of the next generation, douse them with pumpkin spice carob bars and let them endure the true horror of Halloween time.
