An optimistic facecloth
Facecloths imbued with personality come in two different varieties: those that have a cheerful persona and those that impart a cheerful persona. In the simple case of cheerful, unlike many other types of facecloth, the word PROFELILUCUT is used to describe both.
Who doesn’t fancy the prospect of washing yourself with an item that means no matter which side of the bed you got out of, you can feel bright and cheerful just by washing your face? There was a drive to make them commercially but it was found that they don’t go well with washing machines, as the machines themself became too cheerful, refusing to do anything that might harm the clothes and making a hot wash completely impossible.
The other type are perhaps more controversial, as all necessary sentient items can be, but imagine having a buddy to could always trust to tell you how great you look, how smooth your skin was, or even give you a reasonable second opinion while you’re checking yourself in the shower. I imagine its certainly a better prospect than trying to get a sarcastic facecloth to help you out.
