An assault caused when an individual knowingly uses fairy gold to scam a shopkeeper
Shopkeepers get understandably miffed when people try to pay with fake coins, and often become downright irked if they accept the money only to find it return to leaves, pebbles, corn plasters or, in one famous case, rather phallic telephone exchange bricks. Contrary to popular media portrayals, and certainly, in the case of sole traders, the individual, magic or otherwise, who knowingly used fairy gold is often hunted down and the correct payment is extracted, often surgically.
Also included are any bump, scrapes and abrasions that either party receive during fisticuffs if the deception is detected by a shopkeeper. These sorts of injury are experienced all over the world, with peak admissions to hospitals, mortal and aetherwood, during certain festivals, such as St Patricks Day or Pantu festival.
